Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Mahabalipuram

I had a pleasant stay at the resort spa, where the private beach access made for a relaxing experience. The rooms were well-kept and a decent size, though I found the soundproofing lacking. Service was hit or miss; some staff were warm and accommodating, but dinner service left something to be desired. Dining was enjoyable at times, but a few hiccups during breakfast were disappointing. All in all, I felt it was a fair value for the amenities offered, but some aspects could use improvement.
